Diaconate Day 2020

After many years once again this year the Diaconate ceremony was held in the Seminary Chapel. The special invitees were only the priests from the campus and a few CJ Sisters because of the Covid situation. The ceremony began with the procession from the Marian Grotto of the Seminary. Most Rev. Dr. Raphy Manjaly was the chief celebrant. Fr. A. Sebastian the Vice Rector gave the introduction. After the holy mass, the newly Ordained Deacons were congratulated and felicitated by the Josem family. Again in the evening a thanksgiving adoration was held in which the newly ordained deacons led the entire community in thanking and praising the Lord for all the blessings. The day culminated with the festal meal.
